The final book in The Sisterwitches Series.
Love.
Plans.
Trustfalls.
If there is one thing that could draw Sanna Spence into the dangerous dark heart of Letum Wood, a dragon is that thing.
Sanna and her dragons take their lives into their hands and trail a mystery into the deepest recesses of the forest.
What they find is not what any of them expected.
But greater explorations require greater courage, and soon Sanna must part from her favorite beasts and head into the unknown alone.
Meanwhile, Almorran magic presents to Isadora Sinclair in a rather unexpected form.
Caroline, Baylee, Isadora, and the magical detection team must join together to discover what to expect next. But when the possibility arises that May, Head Witch of Miss Mabel’s School for Girls, might have a lesser Almorran scroll, the search becomes urgent.
There are five Almorran scrolls.
Where are they?
As Isadora and the others plunge into a race against time, dark magic, and wily witches, the web of deceit stretches deeper than any of them expected.
Fortunately, Isadora has an advantage.
Unfortunately, that may not be enough.

This awesome last installment of the Sisterwitches will answer so many questions plus you’ll be on the edge of your seat as you’re reading. There are twists and turns at every corner! Katie does not disappoint. Both Isadora and Sanna have adventures that the other doesn’t know about, and then surprise at the end. You’ll cheer and cry but love every word. We see such tender exchanges between Sanna and Deaslyva, you will chuckle at their conversations. Baylee and Caroline can’t be left out of this last book, you’ll love their adventure. You’ll see a side of Isadora that we haven’t seen in a while. Sorry to see this series end, have really enjoyed it.
It's a rare treat when one of the Alkarra novels includes a goddess, and "Sisterwitches Book 10" is such a gift. Sanna has the dominant role in this gripping, totally engrossing novel. We have our other well-loved characters - Isadora, Baylee, Caroline, Luteis, etc. - but Sanna's quest is the primary one: suspenseful, agonizing at times, yet beautiful in the depth of her love for dragons. That love and devotion propels her forward and helps her overcome the challenges she faces. As I was reading, I desperately wanted to reach the end, but I also never wanted the novel to end.

The bonus short story is a gem. Make sure you purchase the novel here, so you can read the final short story as well.
Well, Sanna is on another adventure. This time it is to find a baby dragon who has gone missing and to of all places the dark heart of the forest. Her dragons are there to help her. They smell him down a hole which leads to a tunnel. Most of Sanna’s adventure takes part in this tunnel. She deals with a lot of obstacles and surprises. Near the end of her journey, she is in great danger. Meanwhile Isadora is helping with the Almorran magic investigation. With the help of her Watcher magic, she helps to the look for the scrolls to obtain them to impede May’s progress with the Almorran magic. Both Sanna’s and Isadora’s investigations connect in unexpected ways. A rewarding finish to this incredible series of these Sisterwitches that exhibit strength, devotion to their Network and the people and creatures that they love, and they do it with such tenacity.
I thoroughly enjoy all of Katie Cross books. Although they are written for young adults, at the age of 68, I find them fun to read. She writes at an adult level and creates wonderful characters that you cannot help but become enthralled in. If you enjoy fantasy as well as a little bit of romance, you'll enjoy her books
