Lexie Greene has always had such a pretty face.

Unfortunately, that's where it seemed to stop. She's grown up hearing her Mother constantly remind her that she needs to lose weight. And twenty-two-year-old Lexie knows she's overweight.

With her younger sister's wedding on the horizon and a crush to stalk on Facebook, Lexie's had enough. She gives up her constant daydreams about food and joins a dieting group. As the pounds melt away at the gym, she finds that life on the other side of junk food isn't what she thought.

Bon Bons to Yoga Pants is an inspirational hit about a girl coming to terms with herself, and her past, all while navigating a world of food and fitness.

Finding You

Welcome to The Health and Happiness Society. This book is amazing! One girls search to find herself. There is so much to be said about it but I also don't want to be the one to tell you Lexie's story. You need to hear it straight from her. Being a fellow food addict I can relate to her so well. She teaches us how to deal with loss, disappointment, fear, anxiety and every other human emotion there is. None of us is perfect that is for certain. Lexie's story will make you want to be a better you for all the right reasons, I guarantee it. You will laugh and you will cry too. We can't face our demons without feeling all the emotions. You just might find yourself without even realizing you were looking.

great listen

I really enjoyed listening to Lexies story of getting motivated in losing weight. I too have struggled with Weight and can relate to many of the struggles and thoughts she was having about herself. what a fantastic story. I liked the motivation of I need to lose this weight for someone but then to realize you have to do it for yourself not someone else. Once again great liten.
