"A Bold Rebellion" is another gripping novel in the Network Series, with Bianca returning as the central character, along with many of the other characters that we have come to love from previous books in the series. This truly was "unputdownable" - once the central conflict of the rebellion in the Eastern Network takes shape, I found that I didn't want to stop reading until it reached the conclusion. We see Bianca as a much more mature, self-confident leader, growing into her own true self even as she struggles to understand the proper role for the Sisterhood in the Central Network, as well as her proper role as the primary member and figurehead for the Sisterhood. Katie Cross is outstanding at portraying human emotions. We see Bianca and Derek's emotional struggles, and we even end up understanding the situation of the main villain, whose anger, resentment, and desire for revenge fuel his actions. "A Bold Rebellion" truly was a bold new adventure for Bianca and friends.
